If it is Important Enough to Store, It is Important Enough to Insure. Renters insurance is very important to consider when renting a self storage unit. Insuring your belongings is your responsibility and is a great idea. Some renters and home owners policies will cover your goods while in mini storage. Check with your policy holder for details. We are please to offer low premium renters insurance to cover your belongings while they are at our self storage facility. Your insurance premium will be billed right along with your monthly rent. You can even set your account up on Auto Bill for your convenience. If you elect to maintain insurance on your stored belongings, the monthly premium will automatically be billed along with your storage unit.
